It will also discuss possible approaches in reaching the market and engaging partners that can help get it there. It will take into account financing needs for technology and product development and how to best access available options. Drawing on experience in working with researchers on commercialising technology, the aim of the talk is also to stimulate discussion on how to overcome any real or perceived constraints and how to integrate market orientation within the research career path.
