Student registrations NOW OPEN PDF Print E-mail
Written by Administrator
Thursday, 15 July 2010 11:24

We are pleased to announce that the student registrations are now open. The students are invited to register by filling in the form available from our forms repository (and from the sidebar to the left and below this message), and mailing the completed form to Miss Maric at the address specified in the Organizers section, Staff & Aides category, here.

After the forms are completed, an invoice will be issued to the institution you list in the registration form. The turn-around time from the day you return the registration forms to when you can expect to receive the invoice by e-mail from Miss Maric or from Mr. Barisic is 5 - 6 working days. Taking into account delays in processing the invoice and for the time taken by the banking system to wire the registration fee, please register by Wednesday, September 15, 2010.

In accordance with the previously declared deadlines, we are still considering new student applicants in parallel to opening the registration procedures for students. Decisions on individual applications arriving from August 27, 2010 until September 15, 2010, will be emailed to applicants in a running, day-to-day process after being considered by the Programme Committee, so we urge to "late" applicants to check their emails often in order to be able to complete the registration procedures if they are selected for participation. As before, student application documentation packages for students only now applying for participation should be sent to Miss Maric no later than Wednesday, September 15, 2010.

The latest additions to the site as of June 7, 2010 are:

  • The majority of programme contributors: invited and plenary speakers have been added. The titles and abstracts of the lecturers' talks are also attached to their profiles for those lecturers who have supplied us with the information.
  • The Programme has been refurbished into what we hope is a clearer presentation format, but is as yet featuring generic sessions rather than the actual talks to take place during the event. The actual talks will be scheduled shortly by the Programme Committee.
  • Sidebars featuring easy access to the most important downloadable forms have been presented for your convenience below the Main menu in the left margin of the web-page.
