Accommodation

Accommodation for 7 nights with full board (three meals per day) is NOT included in the registration price. All BTS guests will be situated in St. Raphael Resort and need to book accommodation directly with the hotel.

How to reach us

Cyprus is served by two main international airports:
  • Larnaca International Airport (LCA) – Distance: cca. 55km (40 minutes)
  • Paphos International Airport (PFO) – Distance: cca. 70km (50 minutes)
St. Raphael Resort is conveniently located on the eastern edge of Limassol, making it accessible from both airports.
TRAVELLING BY PLANE VIA LARNACA AIRPORT
Taxi services: Taxis are readily available outside Larnaca airport. For added convenience, pre bookings can be arranged directly through the hotel’s taxi office by calling or sending a text to +357 99 422929. Group transfers are also available upon request at the taxi office.

TRAVELLING BY BUS: There is a bus service called “Limassol Airport Express”, with the first stop being the St. Raphael Resort. Price for adults: €10. Price for children 3-12 years old: €5. Timetable can be found here.
TRAVELLING BY CAR: Free parking spaces for BtS participants will be provided. At the airport you can rent cars on the spot.

TRAVELLING BY BUS: There is a bus service called “Limassol Airport Express”, which stops at Agios Georgios Havouzas Church, which is the Limassol Airport Extra operated by Limassol Urban Buses Company. A short taxi ride will be necessary from the drop-off point to the resort. Price for adults: €10. Price for children 3-12 years old: €5. Timetable can be found here.

VISA

A valid passport is required. Visas are not necessary for citizens of the EU, the USA, Canada and many other countries. Visa requirements can be found here.

As a participant with paid registration, an official letter-of-confirmation that confirms that you will attend BTS2025 will be sent to those that need it to obtain the Cyprus visa. This letter does not guarantee that you will receive a visa. It is recommended that you start this process as soon as possible!
