Norberto E. Rivera Gómez

Norberto E. Rivera Gómez holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering Design from the University of Manchester (UoM). He obtained his undergrad in mechanical and electrical engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM) in Monterrey, Mexico. He joined LABUST in Zagreb in 2026 bringing ample industry experience from around the world. He has worked in offshore drilling platforms in the Gulf of Mexico, he has developed automated assembly lines for the electrical and auto industries in the Americas, helped design medical devices for tech. startups and most recently worked in Croatia on the design and development of underwater nuclear inspection robots. He is interested in bringing ideas to life with his experience in Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and Design for Assembly (DfA) with a focus on End User Experience.
