The price of the standard registration package includes the package deal of participant accommodation with room and complete board (three meals) at the Hotel Colentum, Put Slanice b.b., HR-22243 Murter, Croatia . This is the sole possible venue for accommodation and the package deal is mandatorily included in the registration package is non-negotiable due to the logistics of organizing the field-work and arranging pick-up by boat, storing underwater robotics equipment and SCUBA diving equipment for human divers and due to the objective constraints of available accommodations at the island of Murter.

The three star hotel is situated 20 m (60 ft.) from the shallow sand beach of Slanica on the seaside of the island of Murter opening out towards the Murter sea, a passage in between the island of Murter and the Croatian mainland and the Kornati Archipelago. The hotel compound consists of 3 3-floor buildings with rooms (the main building housing the reception and offices, and 2 outlier buildings), a parking lot, the upper terrace with bar and restaurant seating, a standing height seawater pool and the lower sun terrace with recliners, parasols, and a barbecue / cocktail bar. The accommodation buildings are all within 2 minutes' walking distance along brick walking paths through tended and watered gardens.

Meals are served according to the pre-arranged time-table for the duration of the field training, in the restaurant overlooking both terraces with glass-panel sliding walls, in a buffet (self-service) fashion. The caffe and bar serve a selection of brews of coffee, soft drinks and of domestic and international wines and liquor throughout the working hours and during the social programme events.

Plennaries / lectures for the entire multidisciplinary auditorium, in the mornings, and majority of the workshop activities in the afternoons will be held in the conference room of the hotel. Please check the programme.
